The Athlete app enables you to input information directly into the Kitman Labs Athlete Optimization system.
Your coaching staff can request information about the workload you are performing and gather information about your general well-being or other relevant topics such as your recovery from injury or your reflections on a performance.There are three main tasks you can perform using the app:• Respond to RPE requests sent by the coaching staff• Complete forms assigned to you that day• Provide information on any individual training sessions you have completedPlease note that Athlete is currently only available by members of sporting organisations that use the Kitman Labs Athlete Optimization System.
